It’s all about connecting our clients with our people.
When we started Gateway 12 years back, our strength was just 10. Till the time we were around 100, I was able to personally meet up with each one on a frequent basis and also have a lot of exchange of ideas on the same floor. Now with our growth, it’s practically not possible. We have all been relegated to individual pockets with now way for us all to know what we are doing as separate teams so this has become an important issue to address.
I realized that we as a team got sincerely busy in fulfilling our commitment to deliver the best of offshore outsourcing services by bringing substantial savings and produce best quality software solutions for our clients globally and today we have become an organization on which our proud clients choose to depend on.
But, we could not have achieved this without the enthusiasm, thirst to grow and commitment of our brilliant people. Indeed, our people are our biggest strength.
In the recent years, social media and blogging have changed the way businesses were looked at and the way to go here is connectedness.
Today, by the means of our own blog, we are opening the door of connectivity among our clients and our people.
Our people will be blogging on:
- What they know;
- What they are doing;
- How can they add value to a specific business or technology challenge;
- Recent happenings at Gateway group;
- …and so on.
So my invitation here to all of our past, existing and potential clients is to participate by adding comments and posting questions on our blog. Our people will respond to your comments and our relation will see newer heights of being connected by one more way – this blog.
This will be again the golden opportunity to exchange our views and debate as an alternate to meet in-person and also show the world and our team what great work that we are all handling and doing.
I am sincerely hoping that we will make this blog one of the best knowledge-resource in the industry.
Let’s make it!
All the best,
Inder
