Niraj heads Gateway Group of Companies as the Chairman & Managing Director.

He is the Founder Director and Chief Architect of the team catapulting Gateway TechnoLabs as one of the best choices of offshore software development companies in India. He is responsible for consolidated growth in markets across the globe. He spells out the vision and the strategic direction of Gateway TechnoLabs and oversees the company's expansion. He is at the helm of several initiatives in technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries and business development.

He is responsible for business development, management of P&L and finance function of the company. In addition to driving revenue and profitability a key part of his focus is to ensure that the appropriate structure is in place to deliver continued high levels of client satisfaction at a time of strong growth in the company.

Managing the consistent growth of the company over the years while retaining 100% financial stability and continuous sustenance of the company by having the best of the teams to work for the company to retain its cutting edge technological competence in the Global markets has been his core competence. People management, financial planning and Process orientation at operational level have been his forte.

He is an Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from one of the top 10 Management Institutes in India.

Indrajit is the Joint Managing Director of Gateway Group of Companies.

He is responsible for technology transformation, quality and overall project management. He heads his super team of over 1000+ software developers. He and his team have a 100% delivery record and have brought all the name and fame that Gateway has in terms of having a powerful multi platform and multi skilled technology team. He is responsible for the Best Software Development Practices to be followed by the company.

He is almost fanatical about delivering value and quality to our customers and his willingness to sacrifice business and profits to hold on to our commitment and promise. He has consistently delivered significant positive change and envisioned and built the technology team at Gateway.

His leadership inspires to give shape to the collective efforts of his team, who use technology to shape standard & unheard-of solutions.

Inder has been responsible to work and successfully complete Enterprise level applications working within Gateway.

Prior to being a part of Gateway Indrajit served as Project Manager for Veritas Inc., He has over 15+ years of experience. He has done Bachelors in Science and Masters in Computer Application from Gujarat University.

Vipin is founder & CEO of NINtec B.V., The Netherlands and Partner & Director at Gateway Group Of Companies.

He has over 15 years of managerial & consulting experience working across large IT-enabled businesses areas and also currently serves on the board of directors of The Netherlands India Chamber of Commerce and Trade (NICCT).

He has previously worked with large American & British Multinationals like Logica and CSC before setting up NINtec B.V. Presently, Vipin spearheads Gateway NINtec group of companies by investing and developing clients relations, expanding domain expertise and establishing client servicing centers in multiple international geographies. Vipin holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering (India) and a Masters in Business Administration (The Netherlands).

Rahul Ganatra currently handles global sales organization within Gateway and very specifically the Scandinavian, Middle East, Australia and South Africa regions and also heads the Gaming, Search Engine & Online Digital Marketing (SEO/SMO/SMM) and Strategic Technology divisions at Gateway.

In his profile he drives the actual sales process within the geographies he heads which involves relationship management with customers and partners and ensures high degree of repeat business generation. His team is responsible for sales, presales and deliveries within his domain of operations.

Rahul has over 15 years of experience in IT and has worked across various geographies with prominent multinational companies. He has spent over 9 years operating and heading professional services operations in Australia and pacific countries focusing on ERP Solutions, Consulting and IT infrastructure. His strong techno commercial background in IT solution sales has been instrumental in formulating and executing strategies for growth.

After spending almost a decade working abroad, he has returned to India and has settled back in Ahmedabad where he hails from.

Rahul is very passionate about people oriented and people focused growth and ensure that the very philosophy of “Customer Delight” is achieved at all levels of Gateway operations.

He also believes that every individual should absolutely enjoy his or her work and finding the perfect balance in one's professional and personal lives, can sustain an individual's growth and thereby the growth of organization.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics engineering from SP University, V.V. Nagar and MBA in marketing from MS University, Baroda.

Pavak is the CSO and EVP Strategic Initiatives at Gateway.

Pavak has over fifteen years of experience in the information technology industry, in both operational and entrepreneurial roles. He has had a successful career gaining valuable insights in strategic planning, global delivery operations and new business development in the North America, Europe, Middle East and India by starting and growing successful IT ventures.

At Gateway, which he joined by merging his startup in 2002, Pavak heads the Global Sales organization as CSO, and provides valuable strategic inputs in formulating the successful Gateway growth plan in various markets. Pavak's expertise has been exploring and establishing new markets. He brings the entrepreneurial energy and agility to lead the team into uncharted waters and establishing Gateway's foothold in those markets. North America and DACH regions are his current passion.

Pavak also takes up additional responsibility as EVP Strategic Initiatives. He works closely with the Board of Directors and  focuses on charting a path to help achieve the company’s growth, including organic and inorganic opportunities. Currently, he is scouting for Joint Venture partners in Germany, USA and UK. 

He holds Master's Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA and Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, India.

Pentti is the Co-founder and the CEO of Finnish joint venture Gateway TechnoLabs Finland.

He has an extensive 27 years of experience in IT Service and Product businesses, of which more than 20 years is in Executive Group Management positions in international IT service companies, like TietoEnator Corp (current Tieto) where Pentti latest held Group CEO Position and CapGemini Finland.

He has an extensive international business experience having run businesses in 27 countries and wide knowledge in M&A, divestments and outsourcing with a track record of close to 100 transactions and 3 cross-border mergers. Pentti took his first steps in offshore field in late 1990´s.

His favorite hobby is playing football. He has played for almost 35 years in different football teams.

Pentti holds a Master’s Degree in University of Jyväskylä 1985; Master of Science (Econ.) majored in computer science (Business Economics and Marketing).

Pentti is also currently member of the board in 4 companies including Basware plc and Tecnotree plc.

Ogawa heads Gateway TechnoLabs, Japan Inc. (N-GTL hereafter) in Japan, and has also dual responsibility Japanese operation in Gateway TechnoLabs Pvt, Ltd. in India.

He was with Electric and Electronics Total Manufacturing Corp for 30 years in total, during which he involved with IE for 10 years and with IT/MIS for 20  years.

He worked as the leader of the SAP global introduction project and the leader of the global communication network construction corporate wide.
He moved to the United States, and after worked in US IT company for two years, he established his own IT Company in the United States, operating IT consultant business and also ODC introduction to Japanese US customers and he contributed to these customers reducing the IT cost and improving the technologies for ten years. Major Indian Large scale IT companies he worked with were.

He has joined Gateway TechnoLabs, Ltd. in India for making use of his experiences and knowledge to enhance the development environment for Japanese system in India. And he became CEO of N-GTL as dual responsibility with India from this September for accelerating to grow Japan Business.

Sandeep Suryakant Kulkarni takes care of Japan region as Senior Vice President – Global Software Sales and heads Pune operations of Gateway group. Sandeep looks after strategic engagements and Gateway’s Digital & Innovative Media Marketing Strategy (gDIMMS) team.

Sandeep has progressively responsible experience of 15+ years in Strategic Engagements, Innovative Media Marketing Strategy, Corporate Affairs, Large Scale Operations, Change Management, and Program management.

Sandeep has got rich experience of over 9 years with leading scientific society of Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India as a Core Team Member for operations in India and abroad.

Sandeep has got vast experience of working in multicultural / cross cultural environments in Asia, Africa, US, Europe, China and CIS region. Sandeep lead the feasibility studies for various International Projects of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India for setting up of Centre of Excellence in ICT (CoEICT) at Ghana, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Tanzania, Myanmar, Armenia, Belarus, Turkmenistan and Seychelles. He was involved in collaborative ICT engagements at Dubai, Japan, Sri Lanka and Mauritius.

Sandeep has published research paper on “A Study on the Importance of Cross-Cultural Issues in Setting up of Centre of Excellence in ICT to Support E-governance Initiatives in CIS & African Region” during the “6th International Conference on Asian Language Processing & IT at Tashkent, Uzbekistan”.

Sandeep is an electronics graduate, MBA (Marketing) and Diploma in Advanced Computing (DAC). Sandeep has keen interest in photography, travelling, metaphysics and alternate healing therapies.

Pratik is Director – Delivery Excellence at Gateway Group of Companies.

With 14 years in the global IT industry, his experience spans across handling key functions like devising corporate strategies, managing customer relationship and delivery operations. In addition, Pratik also focuses on growing Gateway’s relationships with Key Strategic Accounts across all Geographies while maintaining “Customer Delight”.

Known for his capabilities in creating high performance teams, delivering quality solutions and nurturing strong client relationships, Pratik spearheads the global delivery organization at Gateway by playing a pivotal role in offering innovative solutions, institutionalizing process initiatives, proactively nurturing key alliances and leveraging business partnerships.

Passionate about overachieving expectations, Pratik works actively with the Resource Management Group to cultivate a culture of over-achievement at Gateway there by enabling “ordinary people to do extraordinary things” and ensuring optimal use of Human Resources for competitive advantage and achieving that extra mile

A keen lover of sports and an avid cricket fan, Pratik holds Bachelors in Science (Electronics) & Masters of Computer Applications.

Vilas Nagar is the Director - Engineering & Research with Gateway Group of Companies. He is also an active member of Resource Management Group (RMG) which is core group having responsibility of ensuring smooth deliveries and future growth of the company.

He also plays a crucial role as Client Success Director in ensuring smoother delivery process and win-win situation for both client and Gateway. His rich exposure to various engagement models helps delivery team devise the strategies for optimal delivery and execution model.

In the era of technology world when a new technology is born very often, constant focus on emerging and higher technology is critical for the overall growth of the company in the future ahead. It would be his visions along with the Jt. Technology Director of the company which will be responsible to ensure that the company remains on the cutting edge of technology.

He joined Gateway in 1997 as a project engineer and has played key role in Gateway's Education & Training endeavor to prepare future IT force. Prior to taking the current role few years back, he has been instrumental and active participant in architecture and project management for development of many critical and large scale projects in the field of Financial, Insurance, Banking, e-commerce and IT services sector.

Vilas holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication from Gujarat University.

Amal is responsible for V&V Services, and SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) at Gateway Technolabs.

He has 18 years of industry experience to develop software solutions for wide range of technology platforms, implementation of Software Quality processes and V&V services in Manufacturing, Insurance, Transportation, Communication, Finance and Health industries. He has extensive experience to grow service lines from conceptual to P&L level.

He provided services to Fortune-500 organizations at North America and Europe for their global initiatives such as IT service outsourcing, Implementation of Managed Test Center, PMO setup, Offshorization of testing activities, Software and Testing process optimization and metrics implementation.

He played instrumental role at various initiatives such as employee mentorship program and knowledge management. He is software process auditor and Six Sigma (Black Belt) practitioner.

Amal earned graduate degree in electronics, followed by post graduate certification in computer software architecture and post graduate certification in management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM-K).

Gowdara Pandu is the CPO with Gateway Group of Companies. In this role he oversees all the Talent Development and initiatives for Talent Management programs. Gowda joined Gateway Group of Companies in 2012 and founded the Gateway Leadership Foundation for implementing Talent development and training effectiveness while also setting miles stones for career development.

Pravin is the Director Corporate Affairs of the company looking after Organization Building with Strategic focus on select Business Divisions, Technologies & Geographies as well as new initiatives.

With an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pravin began his career initially partnering the people dimension of businesses with an entrepreneurial zeal. This helped him develop understanding of  the nuances and building blocks required to achieve strategic long term organization goals. Among others, he has actively worked in the areas of Business Development, Marketing Communication, Corporate communication, Organization restructuring, M&A, Post Merger Integration & Harmonization and Corporate Social Responsibility.

He brings with him over 2 decades of corporate experience having worked with Indian as well as multinational companies in Technology, Supply Chain,  Financial services & Manufacturing sector. He has to his credit being core member of the Senior management Team, building one of the country’s most  successful world class Logistics / Supply Chain business over a decade.

Pravin has interest in Academics as well, this helps him keep posted about new developments & business trends. He has been a visiting faculty in Business schools and enjoys good rapport with budding professionals.

Bharat is working as Senior Vice President- Global Financial Management & Corporate Affairs with Gateway Group of Companies. He has over 14 years of industry as well as functional experience, expertise and successful track record in incubating and managing Corporate Accounts and Finance function.

He is an experienced and adept professional handling major Global functions like Corporate Advisory, Risk Management, Internal and Management Audit, International Accounting, Treasury operations and surplus management, International Taxation, Overseas investments, Transfer pricing, Setting up operational and process Control functions, etc.

In addition to above, he is also a part of the Management Core Team for strategic planning and control as well as working on new initiatives & organic as well as inorganic growth. His major role consists of preparation of Annual business plans, cash flow projections, forecasts and long term plans, Budgeting and analysis, Secretarial and statutory compliance, Accounts and MIS, Planning and Budgeting including budgetary controls & Management and Financial Reporting

Sandipan is the Director - Operations & Director Human Resources of Gateway Group of Companies.

His rich and varied experience in software technologies and management ranges from software Development and project management to heading large Information Technology departments and software delivery which include fortune 100 Companies. He has worked in verticals like NBFC/ Banking and Capital Market, Discrete Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities and Services and IT consulting.

Born at Calcutta, India, Sandipan completed his post graduate studies in Physics from Calcutta University & was a gold medalist. He has done senior management studies at IIM (A).

Sandipan is a nominee Director of SEBI on the board of Ahmedabad Capital Markets (a subsidiary of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange). He is also a guest faculty at Indian Institute of Management (IIM - A) and an Advisor to the Chief Justice of Gujarat. He is a past Chairman of CSI- Computer Society of India( Ahmedabad Chapter) and has been the founding chairman of CIO group of the society.

Sandipan has a daughter who is in the final year of CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) and his son is an Engineer in Facebook - USA.

Sonal is Sr. VP – Strategic Initiatives & People Engagement at Gateway Group of Companies.

Sonal is a core HR professional with over decade of experience within the Information Technology & Offshore practice vertical with global exposure. Her exposure across the Industry with domain expertise of HR has given an edge over fellow professionals by adding perspective of each industry concern and added to overall sensitivity required to function as an HR professional. She headed the India Operation with an IT MNC as her previous assignment and implemented precision in processes for smooth and easy functioning. Being a people’s person; Sonal adds the extra mile in terms of conceiving the Strategy plan and execution along with HR management, Development and execution across the border.

With us Sonal is entrusted with over all Human resource planning, strategic initiatives- including workforce development and organization effectiveness, staffing and hiring top talent. With a Master’s degree in literature and Diploma in Computers, she has been a core member of management team with several IT solution providers and consulting companies. She brings high-energy, excellent work ethics and a ‘Let's do it’ attitude to the table and inspires other to the same.

Sameer is Head - Future Engineering & Technical Excellence for Gateway Group of companies.

In his role as Head - Future Engineering & Technical Excellence, Sameer is responsible for exploring cutting edge technologies and adapting them to client solutions, bringing technology competency in the development team and preparing them to deliver state of technology solutions with adaptation of the best practices in the industry. He is also responsible for exploring new technological frameworks and upcoming technology architectures for possible utilization in client solutions.

Sameer has over 18 years of industry experience in information technology and telecommunication and has a B. Tech Information Technology and Master in Computer Science from Pune University. He is very determined to ensure that solutions presented to the clients adapt the right technology and are scalable to adapt to new platform requirements of the ever growing Information Technology industry.
